Here are a few breakfast recipes to inspire you:-

  1. Classic Scrambled Eggs: Ingredients:
  • 3 large eggs
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper.
    • Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat and add the butter. Allow it to melt and coat the pan.
    • Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and let them cook undisturbed for a minute or two until the edges start to set.
    • Using a spatula, gently push the cooked edges towards the center of the pan, allowing the uncooked eggs to flow to the edges.
    • Continue this process until the eggs are mostly cooked but still slightly runny. Remove from heat, as the residual heat will finish cooking the eggs.
    • Serve hot with toast or your choice of sides.

2. Banana Pancakes: Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 large egg
    • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
    • In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon (if using).
    • Add the mashed banana, milk, and egg to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined. The batter may be slightly lumpy.
    • Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil to coat the surface.
    • Pour 1/4 cup portions of the batter onto the hot pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown on the other side.
    • Repeat with the remaining batter.
    • Serve the pancakes warm with maple syrup, fresh fruit, or any other desired toppings.

3. Yogurt Parfait: Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
    • 1 cup granola
    • Fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
    • Honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  • In a glass or bowl, start by layering a spoonful of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
    • Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt.
    • Add a layer of fresh berries on top of the granola.
    • Repeat the layers until you reach the desired amount.
    • Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top if desired for added sweetness.
    • Serve immediately and enjoy!
